Every wedding has its own personality and story. My approach is relaxed and documentary-led, capturing the genuine laughter, emotion and little moments that make your day uniquely yours. I will offer gentle guidance when it is useful for family groups and couple portraits, but I avoid turning your celebration into a long, forced photo shoot.
Based near Crook, I photograph weddings throughout County Durham, including Durham City, Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle, Chester-le-Street, Consett and the surrounding towns and villages. I have photographed celebrations at venues including Redworth Hall, The Story, Whitworth Hall and Ramside Hall, as well as churches, register offices and countryside venues across the county.
